How often should I clean my gutters in North Georgia?
Twice a year minimum: once after pollen season (May/June) and once after leaf drop (December/January). Heavy tree cover may justify quarterly cleaning.
What is gutter brightening?
The white exterior face of aluminum gutters oxidizes and stains over time — those black tiger stripes. Brightening uses an acid-based cleaner (safe when applied correctly) to restore the original white. It's a $95 add-on most clients say is the best money they spend.
Do you flush downspouts?
Yes. Hand-clean alone isn't enough — we run water through every downspout to confirm flow before we leave.
