What we collect
When you request a quote, build an estimate, or book a job. We collect what we need to price and do the work: your name, service address, phone number, email, and the details of the job, which services you want, surface square footage, and anything you tell us about the property. That's it. We don't ask for anything the job doesn't need.
Where it lives
Your information is stored in a secure database, and quote confirmations reach you through our email delivery provider. Both are established, professionally maintained services, not a spreadsheet on a laptop.
What we use it for
Four things:
- Quotes and scheduling. Pricing your job, confirming the day, and texting you an arrival window.
- Doing the work. Getting the crew to the right address with the right scope.
- Job records. Before-and-after photos of every job, your photo report, and our proof of the condition we found and left the property in.
- One review request. After the job is done. We'll send a single request asking how we did.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for their marketing. No list-brokering, no "partners," no fine print that walks that back. Your data exists so we can clean your concrete, nothing else.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies only, the minimum needed for things like the estimate tool and quote pages to function. We don't run advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
