The quote is the invoice
The price we quote is the price you pay. If your job is quoted at $275, the invoice says $275. If we find something on site that genuinely changes the scope. We tell you before any work starts and you decide, the number never moves after the fact.
Deposits and booking
A 50% deposit locks your job on the calendar. Your quote is valid for 30 days from the issue date, pay the deposit and pick a slot inside that window and the quoted price is honored. After 30 days, pricing is subject to re-quote. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start forfeit a portion of the deposit.
Coupons and promo codes
One coupon or promo code per job, applied at the quote stage. Codes can't be stacked with each other or applied retroactively after a quote is issued.
Scheduling and weather
Pressure washing is outdoor work. If weather makes your scheduled day unsafe or would compromise the result. We reschedule to the next available slot at no charge, we'd rather move the date than deliver a job we're not proud of. We'll contact you as early as possible when weather forces a change.
Property access
We need a working outdoor spigot, work areas clear of debris and personal items, and vehicles moved out of the work zones by the night before. You don't need to be home, most customers aren't. If we have to clear the area ourselves, additional time is billed.
Insurance
Battle Born carries $1M in general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request. HOAs and commercial property managers ask all the time, and we're happy to provide it.
What's out of scope
We're a flatwork specialist, and we stay in our lane. We do not do joint-sand replacement. That's landscaping work, and we'll point you to a contractor for it. What we do is protect your existing joint sand by running the correct PSI for the surface. We also don't currently offer house soft-washing or roof soft-washing. If your job needs work we don't do, we'll tell you straight rather than improvise.
Photo documentation
Every job gets a walkaround before and after, with photos. You receive the photo report; we keep a copy as the record of the property's condition before we touched anything and the result we left behind. It protects both of us.
Review requests
After your job is complete. We'll send one request asking you to share how we did. Reviews are never required and never incentivized. We just ask.
Limitation of liability
We document pre-existing damage during the walkaround and use surface-appropriate pressure on every material. Our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where our insurance applies or Georgia law says otherwise. We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions noted in the walkaround photos, failing sealant, existing cracks, previously damaged surfaces.
