Why house wash matters
Pressure-only washing on siding, stucco, and painted brick is how homes get damaged. Soft washing uses controlled chemistry instead of blunt force, kills the organisms that cause regrowth, and leaves your house clean for a year or more.
What's included in house wash
- Sodium hypochlorite + surfactant blend (industry-standard, not bleach blast)
- X-jet + downstream injector, no risk to siding, paint, or seals
- Shutters, gutters, soffits, fascia included
- Plants and pets pre-rinsed and protected
How we do house wash, step by step
Every job runs the same way, in the same order, every time. Here's the standard.
1. Walkaround
Photo siding, plants, and any damage that pre-exists the wash.
2. Plant prep
Pre-rinse plants and grass, cover anything sensitive.
3. Apply soft wash
Even soft-wash application from bottom to top.
4. Dwell
Let chemistry do the work, 5–10 minutes.
5. Rinse top-down
Low-pressure rinse, plant re-rinse, walk-through.
