Several Grayson HOAs maintain preferred-vendor lists — uniform, insurance certificate, photo report, completed by date. We carry $1M Hiscox liability and send a photo report on every job. That gets us on the list and keeps us there.
Travertine and natural stone pool surrounds
Grayson estate pool decks often combine concrete coping with travertine or flagstone surrounds. Each surface needs different chemistry and PSI — we won't run a concrete setup on travertine. We identify the material first and dial the approach.
