Why these six cities

We're based in Loganville. Everything inside a 25-mile drive from our truck is our routine territory — that puts us in three counties (Walton, Gwinnett, Oconee) and six core cities. Inside that radius, there's no trip charge and same-week scheduling is the norm because our route days fill with neighbors.

We don't service every city in Atlanta metro. We chose this footprint because it's where we can show up dependably, in person, with the same operator every visit. A pressure washing company that stretches itself across 60 miles ends up cancelling jobs or sending subcontractors. We don't do either.

The county-by-county breakdown

What "no trip charge" actually means

Inside the 25-mile radius — every city listed above, every neighborhood inside those cities — there's no add-on fee for the drive. The price on the published menu is the price on your invoice. We route jobs in stacks so our drive time stays under 20 minutes either way and the savings get passed back to you as published pricing instead of mystery line items.

Premium tier vs standard tier

Two of our cities — Grayson and Watkinsville — are Premium Tier. That reflects two things: bigger jobs (estate driveways average 1,500+ sq ft versus 600-900 sq ft elsewhere) and HOA standards that require uniforms, insurance certificates, and photo reports on every visit. The math works out — we charge 15% more than Standard Tier because the work is 15-25% bigger.

The rest of the radius — Loganville, Snellville, Bogart, Monroe — runs on Standard Tier. Same SOPs, same equipment, same operator. Just sized to typical suburban property scope.

Outside the 25-mile radius?

Call us anyway. If you're close — Lawrenceville, Athens, Conyers, Madison, Statham — we may be able to fit you into a routed day for a small trip charge. Anything farther than that, we'll be honest and refer you to a local operator we trust. Driving 90 minutes each way breaks our local routing model — we won't promise what we can't deliver.
