Why this matters

Pool decks are punishment for concrete. UV bleaches the surface, chlorine residue dries it out, sunscreen stains it, and algae loves the shaded corners. Most operators run their driveway setup on a pool deck and either leave streaks or damage the coping joint. We dial down for pool concrete.

What's included

  • Pool-deck-specific PSI — never above what the concrete sealer can take
  • Coping joint protection (no joint sand blowout around the pool edge)
  • Algae and mildew lift from shaded corners
  • Sunscreen and tanning-oil stain treatment

The SOP

Every job runs the same way, in the same order, every time. Here's the standard.

  1. Walkaround. Photo every section, identify any sealer or coping concerns.
  2. Pre-treat. Algaecide on shaded edges, stain treatment on visible marks.
  3. Surface clean. 16-inch surface cleaner at pool-safe PSI.
  4. Coping detail. Hand-detail the pool edge so joints stay intact.
  5. Final walk. Together, before invoice.
