Why this matters
Wood and hardscape both punish lazy operators. Too much pressure splinters cedar or blows out paver joints; too little leaves the algae. We dial each surface to the right combination of chemistry and pressure for the material.
What's included
- Surface-specific pressure dialed in for wood and hardscape type
- Algaecide kill before pressure to prevent regrowth
- Paver joint sand replacement option after wash
- Optional stain prep package for wood decks
The SOP
Every job runs the same way, in the same order, every time. Here's the standard.
- Identify surface. Pressure-treated, cedar, IPE, composite, flagstone, paver, or brick.
- Algaecide treatment. Kill green growth at the source.
- Pressure-rinse. Dialed to the surface, never above safe PSI.
- Brighten (optional). Oxalic-acid wood brightener if staining next.
