If we can't get you scheduled within those 3 business days, your first service is automatically 50% off.
Why we can promise this
Our truck is in Loganville. Our routes are filled by neighbors, not by commuters from another county. We saturate this zip code (30052) on weekdays and route Snellville, Grayson, Bogart, Watkinsville, and Monroe on weekends. Same-week is the rule, not the stretch.
The fine print
- Business days only. Weekends and federal holidays don't count toward the 3-day window.
- Within our 25-mile radius. Loganville, Snellville, Grayson, Bogart, Watkinsville, Monroe.
- Weather force majeure. If the only slot we can offer is canceled by lightning, freeze, or heavy rain, the guarantee resets to the next dry day.
- Reasonable scope. Estate-scale or commercial multi-day jobs may be scheduled outside the window by mutual agreement.
- Discount applies to first service only. One use per household per 12 months.
What happens if we miss
You don't ask. We see the booking time-stamp, see the scheduled time-stamp, see the gap, and the discount is automatic on your first invoice. No claim form. No phone call. No haggle.
